Shipping: Shipping is via USPS priority mail. We try to ship the same day as you place your order but sometimes this is not possible. Minimally, we are able to guarantee shipping the first Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after you place your order.

 

Returns: Returns are only accepted in NEW UNUSED and UNWASHED condition in the original packaging (including the instructions) within 30 days of purchase. No smoke smell, pet hair or odor, perfume or other frangrances will be accepted on the product. Wrinkled products or damaged packaging can not be resold so also will not be returnable.

 

Any items returned due to manufacturing defect will obviously be replaced as soon as possible. There are no returns on custom orders under usual circumstances. We strive for excellent service and satisfied customers. Please contact us with questions in regard to specific circumstances where these rules may not apply and we will try our best to accomadate you! 

 

Shipping charges are not refunded except in the case of returns for defect. Additionally, items that qualified for free shipping will be refunded less the original shipping cost unless in the case of manufacturing defect.

 

Please do not use my business as a baby carrier 'library' and repeatedly order things that you know you are going to return. It's a major bummer. Thanks:-)
